ORDERING
- How do
I order from Bungaflowers.com?
If
you are a first time user, please register with us. Registration
can be done at any time, even at the checkout. Browse through
our website and select the product which you would like to
order and add it to your shopping cart, by clicking on the
button "add to cart". You will be able to view the
items that you have selected at any time.
Then,
when you are ready to make your purchase, click on the checkout
button. As registration has been done beforehand, your own
details (as per registration) will immediately be displayed.
However, for first purchases, you will have to fill in your
recipient's details. For subsequent purchases, the details
of the recipient that last received your order will automatically
be displayed.
After
entering the relevant details and submitting, you will be
shown a digital receipt which should be printed out. If not,
at least do take note of the order number.
- How many
items can I order?
You
can order as many items as you wish but they will all have
to be delivered to one recipient. To order for a few different
people, you will have make the orders separately.
- I have
a special request - can that be arranged?
Yes,
we will try to fulfil all special requests to the best of
our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of
the flower from say, red to white, just put it down in the
special arrangements space of the order form and we will try
to accommodate the request subject to the availability of
the color. However, for more complicated requests, such as
arrangements to your specifications, please contact us to
find out if it would be possible.
- How much
in advance can I place my orders?
Typically,
our customers do order a few days or 1 week in advance but
we do accept orders made even earlier than that. Please note that flowers on special days, such as Valentine's day, cost higher than normal, hence normal prices do not apply here.
PAYMENT
- How can
I pay for my purchases?
Currently,
we only accept online payment via credit card - Mastercard
or Visa.
- Can I
purchase flowers if I do not have a credit card?
We also accept payment via Maybank2U.

- Is the
credit card payment system secure?
Yes,
it is. Our website uses the Secure Socket Layer(SSL) technology
for encrypting and sending your credit card details. The system
protects your credit card details from being intercepted and
used fraudently while the information is in transit over the
net.
SHIPPING
- What
are the delivery charges like?
Please refer to our delivery
areas.
- How soon
can my orders be delivered?
Orders
received before 12 noon(GMT +8.00), can be delivered the same
day.
Orders
received after 12 noon(GMT +8.00), requesting for same day
delivery will be delivered the next working day.
Orders
received after 12 noon(GMT +8.00) on Saturdays will be delivered
on the next working day.
Although
we can do same day deliveries, we would appreciate advance
orders.
MEMBERSHIP
- What
are the advantages of registering as a member?
As
a member of Bungaflowers.com, you will be able to enjoy special "member's
only" promotions that we would run from time to time.
Furthermore, at the check out, you will only need to fill
in the recipient's details once and there will be no more
hassle of doing that for subsequent orders to the same recipient
as the information would be automatically retrieved and displayed.
You will also be able to view your past purchases in order
to assist you in planning your orders. Best of all, you will
be automatically a member of our very own loyalty programme
as a reward to our loyal and regular customers.

is Bungaflowers.com loyalty programme? (Coming Soon)
It
is designed to reward our loyal customers by allowing them
to accumulate points with every item that they purchase. With
these accumulation of points, they can then enter our 'Free
Gallery' to select any of the items there for redemption based
on their points accumulated.
